多次密码错误。有时候我们忘记了三星智能锁的密码，自己猜了几个密码都不正确，一旦三星智能锁的密码连续错误无此，三星智能锁就会自动上锁五分钟，这五分钟内就算输入了正确的密码或者是指纹都无法开门，除非用机械钥匙。用户只能等五分钟以后才能再使用
指纹识别无法开锁。这种情况大家可以试一下再次录一下指纹看是否能通过验证。如果添加的指纹都无法开门的话，三星智能锁传感器应该是出了问题。这是需要联系售后服务，因为指纹传感器坏了是无法修的。
三星智能锁电机损坏。三星智能锁通过验证以后都有电机声音，要么是下压把手开门或者是推拉把手开门。如果都无法开门的话应该是电机损坏，此时，用户需要联系售后上门维修。
无法修改/删除密码。首先确定自己的指纹权限是否是管理员权限，只有管理员权限才能修改或者删除密码。
指纹验证成功但是无法开门。这种有可能是指纹模块或者是三星智能锁离合器的问题。如果验证成功以后，仔细听是否有点击转动的声音。如果有声音有可能是外护板的方轴脱落，如果没有声音可能是电路板的问题，也需要找售后打电话处理。
